Invitation a été faite aux Urban Sketchers à célébrer du 1er au 7 mai la semaine internationale du croquis urbain/International Urban sketchers week, fêtée à grandeur de la planète. À Montréal, nous proposons une rencontre de dessin le dimanche 5 mai, le Grand Quai du Port de Montréal (anciennement jetée Alexandra), profitant de ce rendez-vous pour poursuivre l’exploration du thème de l’été, le patrimoine industriel.

• 10 h : rencontre devant le Grand Quai du Port de Montréal, 200 Rue de la Commune O,  H2Y 4B2 / métro Place-D’-Armes (ligne orange) 
• 12 h : dîner libre, vous pouvez apporter votre lunch ou bien aller manger dans les restaurants du quartier.
• 15 h : venez partager vos dessins devant le Grand Quai du Port de Montréal

International Urban Sketchers Week, 1-7 May, is a global celebration of on-location drawing.  To mark this new worldwide event In Montréal we invite you to a sketch meetup on Sunday, 5 May on the Grand Quay (formerly the Alexandra Pier) in the Old Port.  We will benefit from this sketching opportunity to continue to pursue our theme for this summer: industrial heritage.

• 10:00 am: meeting in front of the the Grand Quay, 200 Rue de la Commune W,  H2Y 4B2 / Place-D’-Armes station (orange line)  
• 12:00, noon:  lunch free style, you may bring your lunch or choose one of the neighbouring restaurants.
• 3:00 pm : final meeting where we share our drawings in front of the the Grand Quay
