La sortie du dimanche 23 octobre, 2022 aura lieu au parc Laurier. Ce parc très animé, outre une belle partie boisée et de magnifiques plates-bandes, compte un espace de jeux pour enfants très populaire et très apprécié, des terrains de pétanque et un stade de baseball, donnant l’occasion abondante de croquer des personnages. Plusieurs bâtiments dans le parc et alentour sont de style Art Déco, et l’habitat vernaculaire des rues du quartier offrent de nombreux sujets de choix.
Lieu de rencontre:
10h00 : Devant la porte de la sortie, rue St-Joseph, de la station de métro Laurier (ligne orange)
12h00 : lunch libre dans les restaurants et cafés du quartier
15h00 : venez partager vos dessins devant l’édifice principal du parc Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier

The outing on Sunday, October 23, will take place at Sir Wilfrid-Laurier Park. In addition to a beautiful wooded part and magnificent flowerbeds, this very lively park has a popular play area for children, pétanque courts and a baseball field, giving the opportunity to sketch people . Several buildings in and around the park are of Art Deco style, and the surrounding streets of the neighborhood offer many subjects of choice.
Meeting point :
10:00 AM: Laurier metro station St-Joseph exit (Orange line)
Lunch: free style, you may choose one of the neighbouring restaurants and café
Final meeting:
3:00 PM : final meeting where we share our drawings, in front of the Sir Wilfrid-Laurier park main building
