Place des Arts Metro, Watching Dancers

February 25, 2013

PDA Metro watching dancers

Yesterday at sketchrawl Montreal I sat in a corner on the floor at the Place des Arts Metro station and sketched. A dance troupe was teaching voluteers a group dance. The gentleman in a red shirt and black attire listened to the music as he leaned immoblile against the wall. Soon someone peaked behind. This created a background for his dark complexion. Montreal metro stations are great venues for people sketching although one has to be fast as your “victims” don’t stay put long except in this case because there was a show to listen to and watch.
